Sports Day 

Alongside the Mera Experience and KEEN Greater DC, I joined to empower youth with disabilities by helping create a non competitive environment to explore exercise, fitness, and fun. We explored basketball, soccer, and scooter games while celebrating the small wins along the way. 

SPARC Richmond
Build A Set

Helped SPARC Richmond bring to life the set for their summer play that explores what it means to mask as a neurodivergent community in a variety of settings. From papier-mache life sized airpods to braiding fabrics together, I can't wait to see how it comes together!

Byrd's Nest Box
Earth Day

Had the opportunity to join Byrd's Nest Box on Earth Day to help woodchip and compost two fields as well as tarp an additional two newly plowed fields. I was grateful to have the chance to give back to nature the way it always gives to us. 

Lucky Animal Rescue
Hang with A Dog 

Set aside a Saturday morning to hang with an amazing group of dogs while supporting their search for their forever homes! We were able to shower them with love and affection and help showcase their personalities by playing and exercising with these wonderful dogs.

Healthy Kids Day 

At the face painting table, I joined the Y in Catonsville for their Healthy Kids Day. I was so grateful for the talents that allowed me to turn our youth into the character of their dreams! From butterflies to Venom to Ghost Spider to Spiderman, I was so excited to be able to bring their visions to life.

Food for Families 

Thanks to The Mera Experience, I had the opportunity to give back to the families impacted by COVID, we were able to take food that was donated and box it up to help feed families in need. It was an eye opening experience to see how something seeming so small can have a positive impact in our community.

Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network
BCAN Walk

Joined BCAN for their Annual Bladder Cancer Walk in Baltimore. I joined early morning to help create a space for passionate people to advocate and support a cause near to their hearts. I opened my heart to survivor and family stories, it was truly a unforgettable experience. 

Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland 
Meal Packing

Alongside Live! Casino, I was able to join Meal on Wheels of Central Maryland. I joined coworkers, high schools students and other volunteers to pack meals for families. I was grateful for the opportunity for aid in their mission enable people to live independently at home.

Stuff & Stack Backpacks

Live! Casino partnered with ICCS for a back to school drive. ICCS donated 1,000 backpacks for kids in need in Anne Arundel County. I had the opportunity to stuff backpacks with all kinds of school supplies and even a toy or two to help families with the start of the new school year.

Back 2 School Community Family Fun Day

This Back 2 School community event was held to help families with the most of the back to school needs. I was blessed with the opportunity to give out fresh produce to our community. Everything from fresh kale and onions to fresh plums and bananas.

DogFest

Alongside Live! Casino, we joined the Baltimore Humane Society for their DogFest where we handed out pupatini's for our four legged friends that came to enjoy the festival. With lots of smiles and all the pets, we ensured that our friends had a great experience.

Break A Differenece
Operation Give Back

On their Social Impact Saturday event, I joined The Mera Experience and Break A Difference as we create no sew blankets for our local animal shelters. Using warm and decorative fabrics, we put love and care into making these large and comfy blankets.

Pack-A-Feast

After a day of warehouse deliveries and the day before school deliveries, I joined Repair the World and The Mera Experience in boxing, bagging, and sorting foods for children in under serves areas of Baltimore City. From sorting fruit cups to packing school lunches, I was thrilled to put effort into the city that I was raised in. 

Casey Cares
MLK Day of Service

On this snowy day, I joined Casey Cares alongside Live! Casino to help with their annual shirt volunteer project. The organization gives a shirt to each member of the family. As a team, we sorted, packed, and labeled packages of shirts for the many families in the care of the Casey Cares organization.

Autism in the Park

Joining Howard County Department of Recreation and Parks, I was able to volunteer at the many stations the Autism Society. From the rice sensory table to bubble stations to finger painting, I was so thankful to be able to help create an unforgettable park experience.
